Description: While accompanying my colleague in Zimbabwe, we found two young sub-adult spotted hyenas sniffing around in the grass looking for any scraps. This youngster took a particular interest in us and walked over to our vehicle out of curiosity. Hyenas tend to get a bad reputation and are deemed ugly but they can actually be quite cute as captured here!
