My Tuna Encounter:
This was originally a commission I did back in 2019 for a tuna researcher at Hopkins Marine Station of Stanford University. I did an assistantship there for a few months with great white sharks and blue fin tuna! These tunas were the ones I researched and the head researcher commissioned me to do a painting of them! This was definitely a challenge, but I love how the colors turned out! When tuna feed, it is just crazy with water splashing everywhere! Hence the title!
